Getting started
Kooreo sends you an email with your credentials, the web app link and the link to this documentation.
Web app
- Open the link you received (usually capcontrol.kooreo.fr).
- Enter your username and password.
- On first login, change your password.
Forgotten password
On the login screen, use the reset link. An email is sent to you.
KOOREO menu
After sign-in, the left menu (KOOREO logo at the top):

History expands to Alerts and Incident statistics.
At the top of the page: Help button, version pill, Client no., Contacts, gear icon (settings: notifications and on-call).
Notifications and on-call are set in Settings (MANAGEMENT menu or gear icon), section Alerts, notifications and on-call.
On each CAP CONTROL screen, the Help button starts a step-by-step tour of the page.
Permissions
| Profile | What you can do |

| User | View temperatures, charts, alerts and reports. |
| Customer administrator | Also: edit sensors, thresholds, notifications and users. |
